Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of Goblin-Esque creations, all sales are final. Refunds are not accepted.
That said, I stand firmly by my work and by the creatures I send into the world.
If your companion experiences damage through normal handling, accidents, or general life-related mishaps, I am happy to discuss repair options whenever possible.
However, if your creature has clearly survived:
- direct canine enthusiasm
- underground toddler teething rings
- suspicious scorch marks
- or what appears to be an 18-wheeler flavored tragedy
…repair may be denied at my discretion.
Please treat your adopted creature with care, and remember that while they are sturdy, they are still handcrafted art pieces and not indestructible.
