Payment must be made in full before work begins on any custom or made-to-order project.
Goblin-Esque does not accept haggling or price negotiation of any kind. Handmade work is priced according to time, skill, materials, and experience. If you have a specific budget in mind, please be upfront from the start so we may determine together whether your vision can be reasonably accommodated.
Specific design requests may be accepted only if a purchasable pattern is commercially available. The cost of the pattern, along with any specialty materials required for the project, will be added to the final quoted price.
Goblin-Esque does not accept orders for wearables or non-plush items. Plush creatures only.
Wholesale orders are not offered at this time.
Quoted prices are subject to change if project scope, complexity, or requested revisions increase beyond the original agreement.
Custom orders may not be canceled once work has begun.
Goblin-Esque reserves artistic discretion over all designs. While inspiration and reference images are welcome, exact replication of another artist’s work will not be accepted.
Progress updates will be provided at the maker’s discretion unless otherwise discussed.
Excessive revisions, repeated design changes, or significant alterations after work has begun may incur additional fees.
Any rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the project without refund.
By purchasing from Goblin-Esque, you acknowledge that each creature is handcrafted and inherently one of a kind. Minor variations in color, shape, detailing, or expression are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
