Shawn the Sasquatch

Shawn the Sasquatch would like to make one thing very clear.

He did not ask to be famous.

Somewhere along the way, a few blurry photographs turned into an entire industry of “Bigfoot enthusiasts,” and now the poor guy can’t even step out into the woods without someone screaming and waving a camera in his face. All Shawn wants is a little privacy. A quiet life. Maybe a peaceful afternoon tending his garden or taking a leisurely stroll through the forest without someone trying to prove he exists.

Being a legend is exhausting.

The worst part is that no one ever bothers to ask politely. Honestly, Shawn might even consider posing for a proper photograph if someone simply said hello instead of immediately yelling “THERE HE IS.”

And while we’re clearing things up, he would also like to address the Jack Link commercials. His hair does not look like that, and he would never behave so rudely. Not to mention beef jerky contains far too much sodium for a creature who is very carefully watching his figure.

Shawn is simply trying to live his life, preferably somewhere with fewer cameras.
