Jubilee the Sticky Sweet Baphomet

Jubilee is all things sprinkles and frosting, forever chasing the warmth of summer afternoons and the delight of melting ice cream. Her hooves are perpetually sticky with strawberry swirls and vanilla drips, and wherever she wanders, the air smells faintly of waffle cones and birthday cake.
She can often be found lingering near county fairs, ice cream socials, and carousel grounds long after the crowds have gone home. The carousel ponies adore her, though they are forever picking sprinkles from their ribbons after one of her visits, and the Menagerie knows it is in for a buffet of endless toppings and treats on the night she is in charge of supper - but nobody minds. Everyone should have icecream for supper at least once, after all.
Jubilee believes every occasion deserves a celebration, no matter how small. A lost tooth, a good report card, surviving a difficult day - she considers them all worthy of frosting and fanfare (with extra sprinkles of course).
